We are dedicated to ensuring that a Meadows education is available to all families, regardless of their ability to pay. We offer several financial assistance options for Lower, Middle, and Upper School students.
For more information, please visit our Tuition & Financial Aid page.
While we accept applications year-round, the best time to apply for admission for the next school year for any grade is October through January. We suggest first scheduling a tour to begin the process.
Our total enrollment across campus is just under 900 students. PreK classes have no more than 18 students, K-8 classes are capped at 20, and Upper School classes are capped at 18. The Lower and Middle School have 60 students per grade, while the Upper School allows 75 students per grade. Our campus-wide student-teacher ratio is 11:1.
In both Middle and Upper School, students are assigned an advisor who provides academic guidance throughout each students' Meadows experience. Advisors also help students both socially and behaviorally while serving as their advocate, encouraging communication between students, teachers, and parents, and ensuring they have support in all their academic and extracurricular pursuits.
The Beginning/Lower School Library offers an extensive collection of books. Students attend library weekly for the opportunity to explore these books and develop an interest and love of reading.
The Middle/Upper School Social Learning Common features a quiet room, Makerspace, flat screen televisions with closed captioning, and eBooks in addition to traditional books and periodicals.
All divisions have their own Common area for dining. Students may bring lunch from home, or enjoy a hot lunch from our food service provider. For Beginning School students, lunch is provided daily for full-day students and is included in tuition. Lower School parents must pay for lunch service by the quarter, while Middle and Upper School students have the convenience of selecting and paying by the item each day for a variety of options in the Richard K.C. Lee Corral, our dining commissary. Middle and Upper School students also have the added privilege of being able to eat outdoors in public areas surrounding their main building on campus.

Beginning School students follow a general dress code of plain navy, grey and white clothing. Lower, Middle, and Upper School students have a traditional dress uniform and casual uniform that can be purchased from Dennis Uniform or through the school's Used Uniform Rooms. All students may wear Spirit Dress (jeans and a Meadows branded top) on designated days as assigned by division, typically on Fridays. Many of these items are available for purchase through our online Spirit Store.
More detailed information on uniforms is provided in the online student/parent handbook provided to each family.
Our online parent communication portal, myMeadows, is an inclusive website with student grades, assignments, calendars, volunteer opportunities, forms, and all things Meadows. All parents and students receive a unique user login that will allow them to view announcements and updates as often as they wish. In addition, we also send Weekly Memo emails, text messages, and other annual publications to all parents.
